1. Software Use
UpScalp provides algorithmic trading tools and code to users who deploy it on their own infrastructure. Users are solely responsible for the use, deployment, and configuration of the software.
2. No Execution Control
UpScalp does not access, control, or execute trades on behalf of users. All trade actions are performed through the user’s own brokerage account via self-hosted code.
3. Licensing
Users may be charged a licensing fee or subscription for accessing the UpScalp platform.
4. User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for understanding the risks of algorithmic trading. UpScalp is not liable for any financial loss, system error, or broker-side issue that may arise.
5. No Investment Advice
UpScalp does not provide investment advice, tips, or buy/sell recommendations. Strategy selection is at the user’s discretion, and UpScalp is not responsible for trading decisions made through the tool.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, code, and platform content provided by UpScalp is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not resell, reproduce, or sublicense the software without written permission.
7. Termination
UpScalp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who misuse the service, violate these terms, or engage in unauthorized activities.
8. Changes to Terms
UpScalp may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
